why birdie property?
Our team gets it!
As tenants, landlords, and investors ourselves, we have firsthand experience with the entire process. We approach your home with the same care and attention as if it were our own. Our deep understanding of the market and keen awareness of what's lacking has motivated us to establish birdie property which is dedicated to providing you with the very best.
We cut the jargon and we are honest
We handle your property with the utmost care and honesty, treating it as if it were our own. Our commitment to transparency is evident in our approach—we communicate in plain language, ensuring that you fully grasp the details, and we firmly believe that no question is too trivial to ask.
We are locals
Based in the Sutherland Shire, birdie property prides ourself in supporting our community, local small businesses and prioritising client satisfaction over quick gains.
Our clients come first
As a start-up, we have the opportunity to play our own way, prioritising compassionate customer care. Both landlords and our tenants. Building strong relationships is the priority. Clear communication.

trusted brand
The name "birdie" is a play on a golfing term meaning to beat the average. We strive to continually make strong, sound decisions, which will help you to get one step closer to your property and financial goals.
birdie property
proudly supports our
local community
Giving back has been part of how we operate since the very beginning. For many years, Birdie Property partnered with local anti-violence movement Enough is Enough, donating a portion of our fee from every lease signed through Birdie Property to support victims of violence at home, in the workplace and in schools. Over the course of that partnership we contributed more than $350,000 to its frontline counselling, art therapy and youth mentoring services.
Enough is Enough has since closed its doors, but the values behind that partnership haven't gone anywhere. Our flagship Swing for Change Charity Golf Day continues every year, now raising funds for a different local charity each time, and giving back remains at the centre of how we run our business.
Beyond the golf day, our team supports the causes that matter to them personally, from local schools, sporting clubs and P&C associations to Bears of Hope, whose Cuddle Cot program gives grieving parents more time with their child, and events like the Annual Charity Cricket Day and the Starlight Super Swim. We believe support is strongest when it comes from genuine connection rather than convenience, so our people are encouraged to champion the organisations they know and care about.
As Birdie has grown, so has our capacity to give. Across Birdie Wealth, Birdie Conveyancing, Birdie Property and Birdie Law, we have now donated more than $475,000 to the community over the years.
We believe everyone has a right to feel safe in their own home. Putting roofs over the heads of our community is just the beginning of what we aim to do for the people we serve.
