This offer is applicable solely to properties located in the regions of Sutherland Shire, Illawarra, and St George in New South Wales, Australia. The offer period extends to management switches that are finalised, and Management Agency Agreements signed on or before the specified date.

 

Eligible participants will enjoy 3 months of free property management services, with a strict maximum allowance of one offer per property. Participation in this unique opportunity is entirely voluntary, and by engaging, property owners willingly commit to adhering to the terms and conditions outlined.

 

The redemption process mandates eligible participants to complete the property management switch and sign the release form by 30th June 2024.
